CEO & Co-Founder

 Mercedes Terry is the CEO and co-founder of MindMend Biotech LLC, a pioneering company dedicated to advancing healthcare for those affected by neurodegenerative diseases. As a Ph.D. candidate in biomedical engineering at the University of North Dakota, Mercedes brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to her leadership role.  Driven by a profound curiosity about the nervous system and a commitment to improving lives, Mercedes leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and strategists who share her vision of bridging engineering innovation with clinical application.   Mercedes is passionate about fostering inclusivity in STEM and is actively involved in mentoring young women and underrepresented communities, helping them navigate the fields of science, engineering, and entrepreneurship. She is a dynamic leader who strives to create a future where neurological disorders are better understood, effectively treated, and ultimately prevented. 

COO & Co-Founder

 Blair Dupre is the COO and co-founder of MindMend Biotech LLC. With a Ph.D. candidacy in biomedical engineering at the University of North Dakota, Blair merges his extensive scientific knowledge with his operational acumen to drive the company’s mission forward.  At MindMend, Blair is deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in science and technology. His passion for neuroscience and neurological issues fuels his dedication to developing innovative solutions that have a real-world impact.  Blair’s vision extends beyond technology; he believes in the power of community and strives to create an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. Under his leadership, MindMend focuses on making healthcare processes more straightforward, transparent, and value-added, with the ultimate aim of delivering technologies that are accessible and impactful.  Blair's leadership is characterized by his relentless pursuit of excellence in both technology and patient care. Driven by a belief that science should not only advance understanding but also directly benefit patients, Blair works to ensure that MindMend remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering solutions that truly make a difference in the lives of those affected by neurological disorders. 

Chief Technology Officer

 Abigail Tubbs is the Chief Technology Officer of MindMend Biotech LLC, a pioneering company dedicated to advancing neurotechnology for the enhancement of cognitive and neurological health. With a strong foundation in both electrical and biomedical engineering, Abigail leverages her extensive technical expertise to drive innovation and lead the company's technological advancements.  Passionate about increasing representation in the neurotech industry, Abigail is particularly focused on opening doors for women, especially women of color, in technology development. Her work is guided by the belief that diverse perspectives are crucial to creating groundbreaking solutions that can transform the way we understand and interact with the human brain.  In addition to her role at MindMend Biotech, Abigail is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of female engineers and technologists. She is a visionary leader dedicated to ensuring that the neurotech space becomes more inclusive, equitable, and innovative, paving the way for a future where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from technological advancements. 

Director of Product Development & Coordination

 Paige is the Director of Product Development and Coordination at MindMend Biotech LLC, where she combines her passion for neural and tissue engineering with her dedication to improving the lives of those affected by mental disorders.  As a senior in the biomedical engineering program at the University of North Dakota, Paige brings valuable leadership experience combined with practical insight, tackling challenges with creativity and technical expertise. With a focus on bringing innovative products to market, she ensures that MindMend’s solutions are both impactful and patient-centered. In addition to her technical expertise, she is deeply committed to mentoring women engineers, inspiring the next generation to thrive in the fields of science and technology. 

Senior Intern Lead 

Kylie is an intern at MindMend Biotech LLC.

Kylie is a Junior in the biomedical engineering program at the University of North Dakota. Kylie uses her electrical engineering concentration to oversee the intern teams efforts in developing evaluation boards, ensuring that the boards meet the standards of precision and innovation. Kylie's leadership and technical skills play a key role in advancing MindMend's initiatives.

Jude is an intern at MindMend Biotech LLC. 

Jude is a Sophomore in the biomedical engineering program at the University of North Dakota with a concentration of mechanical engineering. Within MindMend biotech, Jude leads the intern team in the lab, helping guide lab work and contribute to the company's innovative efforts.
